Medical Assistant 2-Trainer

The medical assistant 2-Trainer performs patient-Oriented tasks across lluhc sites while simultaneously serving as a preceptor and mentor to new medical assistants and students during training periods. This role also involves acting as an advanced super user for the lleap emr system and assisting nursing administration with training initiatives.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and proof of completion from a credentialed ma program, requiring a minimum of two years of clinical ma experience and one year of ma training experience. Essential requirements include minimum two years of emr experience, bls certification, and completion of epic super user and leadership training within 90 days of hire.
