Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) - Day Hab - Baldwin

The role involves assessing individuals to determine habilitation needs and developing, supervising, and monitoring the implementation of various service plans like the staff action plan (Sap) and residential habilitation plan (Rhp). Responsibilities also include ensuring staff quality through supervision and training, attending key meetings, and maintaining communication with families and other service providers for service continuity.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a human services-Related field and have at least one year of direct experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or developmental disabilities, potentially with co-Morbid psychiatric diagnoses. Required knowledge includes the level of care eligibility determination (Lced), proficiency in microsoft office, a valid driver's license, and general knowledge of applied behavior analysis (Aba) principles.
