Program Coach and PACT Support (Per Diem)

This role involves providing flexible, supportive, relationship-Based care across residential metabolic psychiatry and community-Based pact services, focusing on helping clients implement treatment plans and build daily living skills. Core duties include building respectful relationships, supporting goal implementation, engaging clients in meaningful activities, maintaining documentation, and communicating with clinical teams.

A bachelor's degree in human services or a related field is preferred, or a high school diploma with at least two years of experience supporting adults with mental health challenges is required. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build trust, and must have a valid driver's license and dependable vehicle, with availability for evenings and weekends.
