Residential Counselor

The role involves directly supervising and engaging with youth/Residents in daily routines and activities, while supporting skill building through collaborative teamwork. Responsibilities also include facilitating recreational activities, providing positive role modeling, safe client transportation, and medication administration once certified.

Candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends, possess a valid driver's license, and have a high school degree or equivalent; no college degree is necessary. The position requires strong communication, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing work situations.
