Core responsibilities
The occupational therapist will provide assessments, treatment plan development, and direct intervention to young adults and their families within the young adult residential programs. This role involves collaborating with treatment teams to set and meet therapy goals and providing consultation and education on intervention strategies.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be creative, flexible, and energetic individuals committed to family-Centered practice, possessing strong clinical, observational, and writing skills. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in occupational therapy and experience serving adolescents with significant mental health needs.
