Youth Sports Instructor

The instructor is responsible for teaching energetic and motivating classes, connecting with each child, and helping them achieve motor development goals. This also includes clearly communicating issues to the office, providing solutions, and managing equipment setup and breakdown.

Candidates must possess an expressive, charismatic, and nurturing personality, along with being responsible, dedicated, and confident individuals with a strong work ethic and high energy. Comfort managing groups of children and adults, and the ability to follow curriculum and tailor lessons are essential, though no prior coaching or soccer experience is required.
