School Age Teacher

The position involves planning and directing operations for the assigned school-Age classroom, ensuring adherence to the company's mission, vision, and values while providing an age-Appropriate learning environment. Essential functions include managing classroom compliance, implementing stimulating lesson plans, supervising children using appropriate behavior management techniques, and maintaining effective communication with parents and team members.

The ideal candidate should possess an associate of arts (Or equivalent credit) degree in elementary education, psychology, child development, family studies, or a similar field. Consideration may also be given to candidates with specific clock-Hour training requirements in child development and curriculum, along with 400 hours of experience with school children or one year of college coursework.
