Camp Keff: Spring Camp Counselor

Camp counselors are responsible for the emotional and physical safety of children under their care, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and loved through daily interactions. They must also resolve conflicts, support vendor staff with group management, and actively engage with campers while upholding program goals.

Candidates should be passionate about working with youth and creating powerful camp experiences, with experience working with children in grades tk – 5 being preferred. Knowledge of jewish culture and prior camp setting experience are considered a plus.
