Aide (Childcare Floater)

The classroom aide is responsible for the care and supervision of children and maintaining classroom management according to licensing standards, often working independently with small groups or as part of a team. This role involves providing functional classroom support, assisting with lesson plans, meal service, and documentation while ensuring adult-To-Child ratios are maintained across various age groups.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though some training, experience, or interest in child development is preferred. Candidates must be prompt, reliable, possess a genuine love for children, be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs, and pass required background checks and screenings.
