Teacher Assistant (School Age)

The assistant works alongside the lead teacher to prepare and execute daily lesson plans while ensuring high levels of interaction with the children. Responsibilities include the care and supervision of children and managing the classroom according to licensing standards and best practices.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have experience in a childcare setting, with familiarity in lesson planning preferred. Applicants must be reliable, genuinely love children, be able to lift 40 lbs, and pass required background checks and screenings.
