Lead Teacher (School Age)

The lead teacher is responsible for planning and implementing engaging, age-Appropriate lessons, providing homework assistance, and ensuring the care and supervision of school-Age children according to licensing standards. This role also involves building positive relationships with children, families, and staff while managing a fun and engaging classroom environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have experience working in a school-Age setting, though a degree or willingness to obtain a school age endorsement is preferred. Essential requirements include the ability to lift 40 lbs, pass background checks and physical screenings, and demonstrate reliability and a genuine love for children.
