Caliday Teacher's Aide- Sparks Glencoe - Morning Shift

The role involves assisting the program director and school age teacher in operating before and after care programs for school-Aged children, ensuring activities align with the caliday mission in a safe and learning environment. Essential functions include managing the program space for regulatory compliance, implementing age-Appropriate activities, supervising children, and maintaining effective communication with parents and the team.

Candidates must possess energy and passion for working with elementary-Aged children and a desire for growth within the childcare field. Required qualifications include current cpr, first aid, and basic health and safety training certificates, alongside strong communication skills and the ability to work flexibly in a team.
