Clinical Educator .8 FTE

The clinical educator is responsible for providing orientation, training, and education for clinical nursing personnel to maintain consistent standards of practice and competencies in patient care delivery. This involves assessing, planning, and implementing educational programs for new hires, staff development, and competency verification, ensuring alignment with organizational values.

A bachelor's degree and a med/Surg background are required for this role, along with current registered nurse (Rn) licensure in indiana or a compact state. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree and 3 years of nursing/Patient care experience.
