YD Broward - Success Coach, LEAP

The success coach is primarily responsible for engaging high school students (9th through 12th grades) in the l.e.a.p. Afterschool program, assessing their needs, developing goals, and creating learning opportunities to ensure successful high school transition and post-Secondary planning. This role involves coordinating with families, schools, and community agencies to facilitate case management, maintain records, and monitor innovative youth programs.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, along with one to two years of experience working with adolescents in educational, criminal justice, or human services settings. Required abilities include strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills, knowledge of high school transition requirements, and proficiency with microsoft office products.
