Registered Behavior Technician - Center Based

Behavior technicians implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba), collect data to monitor treatment progress, and support the bcba in training families on plan implementation. They must also maintain clear communication and physically keep pace with young clients during sessions.

Candidates must possess current/Active rbt certification, access to reliable transportation, and a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) is preferred, alongside strong communication and organizational skills for a fast-Paced environment.
