The behavior technician will work one-On-One with clients in their homes to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collect data to monitor progress. They will also support the bcba by training families on implementing these individualized treatment plans.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and passion for working with children, especially those on the autism spectrum. Prior experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges is preferred, along with reliable personal transportation.
