Teacher Preschool- SIGN ON BONUS

Responsibilities include formalizing weekly lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, determining student performance through various assessments, and planning activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children. The role also requires training and supervising a teacher assistant and meeting with parents to discuss child progress.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, with elementary education being preferred, and ideally have montessori experience and namc certification (Or willingness to obtain it within the first year). Effective and professional communication with parents, experience with lesson planning, and the ability to multitask in a changing environment are also required.
