Advanced Med-Surg Clinical Nursing Instructor

Responsibilities include implementing the college's philosophy and curriculum through clinical teaching, planning clinical experiences, and providing direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students in an inpatient setting. Faculty must also develop written clinical assignments, provide timely feedback, and maintain knowledge of clinical site policies and procedures.

Candidates must possess a master's or doctoral degree in nursing from a regionally accredited institution and hold an unencumbered professional rn nursing license in illinois, along with active bls certification. A minimum of two years of professional experience as a registered nurse within the last five years in the area of instruction is required.
