High School Special Education Teacher | Full-Time

The teacher will develop and implement educational activities aligned with individualized education program (Iep) goals, ensuring they are functional and age-Appropriate for student achievement. Responsibilities also include planning daily schedules, collecting and analyzing iep data, preparing assessments for meetings, and supervising classroom support staff.

Candidates must possess a valid illinois teaching license and the lbs 1 certification, or meet requirements for short-Term emergency approval for lbs 1. Preferred qualifications include over three years of experience as a special education classroom teacher and previous supervisory experience.
