DSP - Direct Support Professional | Full-Time- 2nd Shift

The dsp will work directly one-On-One in a group home setting with children who have developmental disabilities, while effectively communicating progress to families or guardians. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the treatment team to track session data and assist clients in achieving individualized communication and early learning goals.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a valid driver’s license. Successful completion of a background clearance, physical, agility test, and drug/Alcohol screening is mandatory, along with the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
