BT/RBT Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician

The role involves providing applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children aged 2-8 under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba), implementing individualized treatment plans, and accurately collecting real-Time data on client progress. Responsibilities also include maintaining professional boundaries, adhering to organizational policies, and completing required documentation like session notes within 24 hours.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged, and must pass a background check and drug screen, while also gaining and maintaining rbt certification. Essential requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, assume various physical postures for extended periods, demonstrate understanding of basic aba principles, and maintain professional conduct aligned with organizational values.
