Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician assists in delivering behavior analysis services under the close supervision of a bcba, supporting staff with person-Centered plans and conducting observations. Responsibilities also include implementing skills assessments, organizing data for treatment plans, and providing guidance for meaningful activities and life skills training in residential settings.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and hold a registered behavior technician (Rbt) certificate in massachusetts. A minimum of five years of experience in disability services, along with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, are mandatory requirements.
