Behavior Analyst- $5000 Sign-On Bonus

As a behavior analyst, you will develop individualized treatment plans and conduct assessments for children with developmental disabilities. You will also supervise and train staff on implementing aba strategies and collaborate with families to reinforce progress.

Candidates must have a master’s degree in aba, psychology, special education, or a related field, and bcba certification or be in the process of obtaining it. Strong problem-Solving, leadership, and clinical assessment skills are also required.
