Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One, evidence-Based aba therapy to children to develop essential skills like communication, social interaction, play, and daily living. Responsibilities also include implementing individualized behavior support plans, collecting data, and collaborating with supervisors to ensure effective treatment.

Candidates must possess a valid u.s. Driver's license with at least one year of driving experience and reliable transportation, as travel is required. Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is necessary, alongside strong communication and teamwork skills.
