Child Development Technician (Little Rock)

The technician provides quality direct patient care for young children, including serving meals, assisting with feeding, diapering, and dressing, while providing developmentally appropriate behavioral guidance. This role involves following the direction of the early childhood development specialist to deliver individualized developmental services within exciting learning environments.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged plus 6 months of experience in child care, though additional education in early childhood education or a related field may substitute for experience. Applicants must also pass state abuse registry checks, drug screening, and submit to a tb skin test or provide proof of immunizations.
