Child Development Technician (Little Rock)

This role involves providing direct patient care for young children with special healthcare needs, including serving meals, assisting with feeding, diapering, and dressing. The technician will also follow directions to provide individualized developmental services and establish learning environments using curriculum to meet treatment plan objectives.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged plus 6 months of experience in child care, though additional education in early childhood education or a related field may substitute for experience. Applicants must also pass state abuse registry checks, drug screening, and provide proof of required immunizations or submit to testing.
