Kid Zone Attendant

The attendant organizes and actively leads age-Appropriate group activities such as games, sports, and crafts in a safe and loving environment while directly supervising children at all times. Essential duties also include maintaining a clean facility, enforcing safety standards, managing discipline through redirection, and communicating effectively with parents regarding concerns.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, and have prior experience working with children, ideally supplemented by one to three months of related training. Required certifications include current cpr, first aid, and oxygen certification, along with mandatory attendance at ymca orientation and child care training sessions.
