Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Paid Training Provided

The registered behavior technician will provide one-On-One aba therapy in a home-Based setting, implementing treatment plans developed by a bcba and accurately collecting session data. Responsibilities also include supporting skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living skills while maintaining professionalism.

Candidates must possess an active rbt certification and are preferred to have experience working with children, along with reliable transportation. A mandatory requirement is full availability for the initial two-Week training period and commitment to a consistent weekday evening schedule.
