RN Educator

The rn educator is responsible for fostering a culture of excellence and learning through role modeling, quality education, and competency assessment of clinical staff. Key duties involve coordinating training needs, delivering creative education on clinical skills and critical thinking, and overseeing the preceptor program.

Candidates must possess a nursing degree from an accredited source and hold current, unrestricted registered nurse (Rn) licensure in the state of practice, along with current cpr (Bls) certification. Desired qualifications include experience in staff education, recent acute care or ltc experience, and preferred certifications like cpr instructor or gerontological nursing.
