Instruction Designer (Epic Beaker, OpTime/Anesthesia)

The role is responsible for developing and delivering training programs for electronic medical record (Emr) systems, educating healthcare staff on effective software use to ensure accurate documentation and compliance. Duties include designing onboarding education, creating various educational resources, maintaining the training environment, and managing application content updates via curriculum review boards.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma/Ged and three years of related work experience, along with fluency in ms office suite and solid communication skills. Candidates must obtain epic certification upon hire and serve as a liaison with the vendor for end-User training delivery.
