Direct Support Professional

The role involves enhancing the independence of individuals by assisting with daily and personal activities, such as teaching housekeeping and laundry skills. Work is performed under the supervision of a house manager, involving observation and reporting.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license, with a strong desire to help others reach their fullest potential. A high school diploma/G.e.d. Is preferred, as is experience in home health or working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
