Direct Support Professional

The role involves fostering pride in individuals by teaching them essential daily living activities like housekeeping and laundry, while assisting with personal activities to enhance their independence. Work is performed under the supervision of a house manager through observation, reports, and meetings.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license, though a high school diploma/Ged is preferred. Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred, and a strong desire to help others reach their fullest potential is essential.
