Resident-Pastoral Education

The chaplain resident provides spiritual, emotional, and religious support to patients, families, and staff while actively participating in the clinical pastoral education program, including required readings and written work. Responsibilities also involve providing regular coverage, responding to emergencies like code blue alerts, and charting in patient medical records.

A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree in divinity or a related field preferred. Experience working with people of multiple faiths and cultures is strongly preferred.
