Entry Level Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One aba therapy in centers or homes, focusing on building communication, social, and problem-Solving skills in children with autism. This role also involves tracking client progress using company technology and collaborating with families and supervisors.

Candidates must possess patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and sound judgment, along with a high school diploma or ged and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance. Experience working with children is a plus, and commitment to completing paid rbt training is required.
