Lead Preschool Teacher

Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment while engaging with children in meaningful play and activities. The role also requires supporting each child’s social and emotional development, providing positive guidance, and respecting cultural diversity.

Candidates must meet illinois qualifications and possess the ability to support the 'learning through play' philosophy while communicating professionally with staff, children, and parents. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and for infant/Toddler roles, the ability to properly lift infants.
