Lead Toddler Teacher

Lead teachers are responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment while supporting each child’s social and emotional development through positive guidance. They must also plan and implement activities that foster self-Esteem and social skills, respect diversity, and maintain positive family relations.

Candidates must meet illinois qualifications and possess the ability to understand and support the 'learning through play' philosophy, interact effectively with children, and communicate professionally with staff and parents. Educational requirements include a cda, some college credits with a commitment to complete ece courses, two years of experience in a licensed center, or a bachelor's degree in an early childhood field.
