Lead Toddler Teacher

Lead teachers are responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment while supporting each child’s social and emotional development through positive guidance. This includes planning and implementing activities that foster self-Esteem and social skills, respecting diversity, maintaining family relations, and keeping individual child portfolios.

Candidates must meet illinois qualifications and possess the ability to support the 'learning through play' philosophy, interact effectively with children, communicate professionally, and comply with all childcare laws, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Educational requirements include a cda, some college credits with a commitment to complete ece courses, two years of experience in a licensed center, or a bachelor's degree in an early childhood field.
