Key Responsibilities Guide Academic & Personal Growth Develop individualized academic and graduation plans aligned with student goals Provide one-on-one and group counseling addressing academic, social, and emotional needs Monitor student progress and conduct regular check-ins with students and families Support at-risk students with targeted intervention strategies Drive College & Career Readiness Guide students through college applications, financial aid, and post-secondary planning Organize impactful experiences such as College Day, Career Day, and field trips Support dual enrollment pathways and career exploration opportunities Build and maintain alumni networks to inspire current students Design Student-Centered Systems Collaborate on master scheduling and course planning aligned with graduation requirements Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with policies and FERPA Support intake, orientation, and ongoing academic planning processes Monitor graduation progress and adjust student schedules as needed Support Whole-Student Wellness Identify and support students needing additional academic or social-emotional services Coordinate SST, 504, and IEP processes in collaboration with staff and families Connect students with internal and external resources to support well-being Collaborate with Community Partner closely with teachers, Academic Advisors, and families to support student success Facilitate bilingual communication and inclusive engagement practices Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development Contribute to a positive, safe, and culturally responsive school environment
