Elementary Teacher Grades K-2

Teachers are responsible for creating a nurturing classroom environment, implementing the core knowledge curriculum using classical methods, and developing engaging lesson plans for diverse learners. Key duties also involve assessing student progress, maintaining records, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of respect and integrity.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and either hold a colorado teacher license or be able to obtain one, along with outstanding organizational and communication skills. A strong work ethic, enthusiasm for teaching, commitment to educational equity, and ability to use technology seamlessly are also required.
