Bilingual-Spanish or Portuguese Developmental Specialist

The specialist provides home and community-Based early intervention services to infants and toddlers (Birth to 3 years) with or at risk for developmental delays, partnering with families to ensure individualized, evidence-Based service delivery. Responsibilities include participating in multidisciplinary assessments, developing individual family service plans (Ifsps), providing direct intervention, and acting as a service coordinator.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Like early childhood education or child development) along with at least 300 hours of practicum or work experience with young children, and must be bilingual/Bicultural. Required attributes include strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills, reliable transportation, and a commitment to individualized, culturally humble service.
