Core responsibilities
The registered nurse provides home and community-Based early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays, utilizing a coaching model to partner with families to ensure individualized and evidence-Based service delivery. Responsibilities include completing intakes, participating in multidisciplinary assessments, developing ifsps, monitoring progress, and providing health and safety education to caregivers.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess current registered nurse licensure in massachusetts and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Essential requirements include strong engagement skills with children and families, knowledge of family systems and early childhood development, excellent organizational skills, and reliable transportation.
