Instructor Floater

The instructor floater provides quality instruction and supervision for adults with intellectual disabilities, challenging behaviors, and/Or dual diagnosis, facilitating rest breaks, meal periods, and other direct services as assigned across multiple teams. This role involves implementing the company's positive behavioral program, adhering to agency policies, and ensuring a safe, structured environment through positive interactions and approved crisis techniques.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid california driver's license with acceptable driving record, and be willing to travel locally. Essential requirements include the physical and mental fitness to work with potentially dangerous participants, completion of health screenings (Including drug screen and tb test), and certification in cpr, first aid, and non-Violent crisis intervention.
