Instructor II

The instructor ii is primarily responsible for providing direct, quality instruction and constant supervision to adults with intellectual disabilities, implementing positive behavioral programs, and ensuring a structured environment. Daily duties include implementing training activities, responding to crises using approved techniques, and accurately collecting and tabulating pertinent data.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and maintain a valid california driver's license with appropriate insurance and driving record. Essential requirements include the physical and mental fitness to work with potentially dangerous participants and the capacity to successfully complete required training such as cpr, first aid, and non-Violent crisis intervention.
