Instructor Floater

The instructor floater is responsible for providing quality instruction and supervision for adults with intellectual disabilities, challenging behaviors, and/Or dual diagnosis, while facilitating rest breaks and meal periods for multiple teams. This role involves implementing the company's positive behavioral program and ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and maintain a valid california driver's license with acceptable driving record and required automobile insurance. Essential requirements include the physical and mental fitness to work with potentially dangerous participants and the willingness to complete necessary training and health screenings.
