Instructor Floater

The instructor floater provides quality instruction and supervision for adults with intellectual disabilities, challenging behaviors, and/Or dual diagnoses, often covering breaks and meal periods for multiple teams. Responsibilities include implementing the company's positive behavioral program and ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and maintain a valid california driver's license with acceptable driving record and required auto insurance. Essential requirements include the physical and mental fitness to work with potentially dangerous participants and the willingness to complete necessary training like cpr, first aid, and non-Violent crisis intervention.
