NIGHT COACH | Spark Homestead

The night coach will supervise students during the night shift, ensuring a safe and secure environment by utilizing intervention techniques to redirect students who need support during escalated moments. Responsibilities also include waking students in the morning, supervising initial morning tasks, and ensuring all required paperwork and documentation are completed effectively.

Candidates must be able to remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout the night shift and energetic in the morning to assist students. Essential qualities include the ability to successfully coach and mentor adolescents, assertiveness to enhance mental health understanding, good energy, problem-Solving skills, and strong communication abilities.
