The primary duties involve supervising students overnight to ensure a safe and secure environment, utilizing intervention techniques when necessary. Additionally, the role includes waking students in the morning and ensuring all required paperwork and documentation are completed effectively.

Candidates must be able to remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout the night shift while possessing the energy to assist students in the morning. Essential qualities include the ability to coach and mentor adolescents, assertiveness for continuous learning in mental health, and strong problem-Solving and interpersonal skills.
