• Here are a list of job duties for the role: Implement programs and activities in areas such as tutoring, technology, games, health and recreation, arts and crafts, etc. for youth of all ages Supervise and monitor program areas to ensure safety of members Develop, post and follow weekly lesson plans under the direction of Program and Education Directors Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with the Club team Provide supervision in various program areas Promote and stimulate program participation Create opportunities for development of strengths and competencies

• RESPONSIBILITIES: May participate in special programs and/or events May be required to be a monitor on the bus Complete trainings as required by licensing agency May be required to help out in multiple areas as needed Clean area and bathrooms as needed at the end of day May be required to work at other club locations
• QualificationsSKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
• REQUIRED: High school diploma or GED required Experience working with children Knowledge of youth development Knowledge of Department of Education/DHS Licensing Requirements Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems Ability to deal with the general public Ability to plan and implement quality programs for youth Ability to plan and implement quality programs for youth Must be flexible and be able to work well with other team members Ability to multitask Problem solving skills

• ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to lift 40lbs Must be able to move quickly to keep up with youth Must be able to remain alert and energetic for 8 hours or more Must have clear vision and hearing to monitor children's safety and respond to their needs REQUIRED DATES Employees will be required to attend in person training the week of May 19th. Exact dates and times will be provided upon hire.
