- Here are a list of job duties for the role: Implement programs and activities in areas such as tutoring, technology, games, health and recreation, arts and crafts, etc. for youth of all ages Supervise and monitor program areas to ensure safety of members Develop, post and follow weekly lesson plans under the direction of Program and Education Directors Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with the Club team Provide supervision in various program areas Promote and stimulate program participation Create opportunities for development of strengths and competencies
