2026-2027 6th/7th Grade Math Teacher

The teacher is responsible for educating assigned 6th/7th grade math students by creating a favorable learning environment, developing skills, attitudes, and knowledge, and maintaining professional relations with staff and parents. Essential duties include teaching the adopted course of study, adapting curriculum for individual needs, utilizing technology, maintaining classroom discipline, and accurately measuring and reporting student progress.

A bachelor's degree is required for this position, with a georgia educator’s certificate being preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should possess effective communication and excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, knowledge of the subject matter, and the ability to demonstrate effective classroom management and professionalism.
