RBT

The registered behavior technician implements individualized treatment plans designed by a bcba, providing 1:1 applied behavior analysis therapy to children with asd or developmental delays. This involves implementing teaching strategies, collecting accurate data on client progress, and maintaining a safe environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and be able to pass a background check. Successful applicants must also be able to complete rbt certification within 60–90 days if not already certified and be physically active with clients.
